Children between the ages of 3 & 4-years old are in a very distinct growing stage. They are embarking on new discoveries everyday and learning how to cope with all of the challenges in everyday life. Their intellect, emotions, physical capabilities, and social competence all are growing at a rapid rate. So fast, that they often overlook what’s important and can hardly tell the difference between right and wrong.

Our youth program is not just another after-school activity. Basketball, soccer, football, baseball are all great activities for children. But our program is personal development through a physical discipline. Our exciting yet disciplined classes focus a child's attention, thus improving his or her ability to learn. Learning builds a sense of accomplishment. With each new accomplishment a student's self-confidence grows, and confidence is the first step in the empowerment of a persons physical and mental abilities.
KRAV MAGA teens & adults
Krav Maga is the official self defense and fighting system of the Isreali defense forces and US law enforcement agencies. This wholl unique and original method was developed and refined during years of conflict. Krav Maga emphasizes easy to learn tecniques that have been battle tested in real, life threatening confrontations.
Kick Boxing & Fitness Class ages teen / adults
KM Bag - Where fitness meets fighting!
Heavy bags, Medicine balls, and jump ropes are just a few of the tools used in this class. This class features a combination of strength training, dynamic flexibility, and heavy bag work. The focus of this class is to emphasize muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. Students will learn correct body alignment to maximize efficiency, while refining Krav Maga technique through repetition, drills, and punch kick combinations on the bag. Boxing gloves or bag gloves are required.
